On second thought; I'm probably not in the main demographic for this title...

No ps3 owner is. Altough this will be a gold mine when the ps3 hits sub 299$ price..............if marketed right

This is untrue. I know many PS3 owners with kids, and all of them are perfect examples of the sort who will certainly buy this. And I think you'll be surprised how many people buy it to show off what their PS3 can do to friends, or buy it for 'girlfriends' (really for themselves), or similar.

To say that no PS3 owner is the main demographic for this title is wrong. However, it makes a punchy reply.

:)

A small amount of ps3 owners will buy it. Im just saying that the ps3 isnt family material yet with that price. And its a shame since this game really looks innovative and would probably deserve the nintendog sales

This looks hilarious though ^^

Wtf, I have a cat, why do I need this?

Because if you have a REAL cat, it'd be asleep for the majority of the day and only use you as warming material, to get food and to entertain it.

This game would have an animal that entertains you, quite different from the average cat :p

Looks interesting - but I'm disappointed by the "pet" itself. I wish it just used "normal animals", not just some generic character Sony is turning into a new IP.

Seems like a vehicle to use that "drawing stuff --> turns into 3D" tech they have been working on for ages.

Be interesting to see how well it does, and whether kids like it.

And do you need a table/desk positioned in front of the camera? No way I could set something like that up in my living room - unless the camera is wireless.

Gesta Non Verba

Nocturnal is helping companies get cheaper game ratings in Australia:

Wii code: 2263 4706 2910 1099

If the final product can be as fun and run as smooth and fluid as that trailer, and it actuallly comes withe the PSEYE I will buy it if it even cost me 80$.

Hmmm.... I wonder if we can have something similar but with sackboy....

Not my kind of game at all but I am actually contemplating buying a PlayStation Eye after that crazy trailer.

At first I glanced over this and thought, meh...just another eyetoy game, which i've never been interested in, not even to try, but I can honestly say that I would love to give this ago. I like that fluffy monkey thing. I'm also curious how deep the game actually is.

thats a good point, you will need a table or something, but i think it looks interesting enough for a purchase,

i can bet they will bundle this with the ps3 eye. like eye of judgment(which is an ace game)

im sure there will be more pets included, my kids will like this, mabey as downloadable extras

i like the part where it has the brains to jumps over the orange, i would also like an option to shoot the pet if possible as a self destruct mode or something, im wondeing if you could draw a tank and try to run over the pet lol.

i agree with the other users, that real life animals would be more fun, and after watching again, the drawing the toy option is staggering to say the least even amazingly controlling it

i can picture people drawing all sorts of things and youtubing them, to actually control your drawing and have it pop up as a on screen figure is superb

this is one to watch out, il buy this and last guy

plus music is quite nifty also
