from those two, Bolt.... because I have heard enough about phelps for a while, and bolt is much more entertaining to watch.
I think Both Equally deserve to be praised as the best athletes in those Olympic games. Phelps did insane thing, i mean his endurance is inhuman.
And Bolt that guy really proves that "impossible is nothing" and he has so much fun doing it.
Bolt style of running is so unique, i bet if he would start on 400 metres, he would get on podium as well lol.

Hmmm.... tough call. I'm going to say phelps by a whisker, but bolt is really cool too. I bet he'll break 9.50 seconds in the 100m at some point. btw, he ran the 200m in 19.30 seconds, not 19.31. (not that it matters but hey...)
