Let's not forget Stevie "Killcreek" Case who beat John Romero at Quake and became a level designer for Ion Storm. She was pretty hot (although at the time I was probably around 15/16 so any girl is automatically hotter) and she also posed nude for playboy if I remember correctly.

Of course, she wasn't a real developer and was probably responsible for the level design in Daikatana which isn't exactly something to put on your resume...
