Someone said link would hook shot kratos? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

Is there maybe someone who can actually offer a compelling argument about how Kratos would take on Link, defend against Link's attacks, successfully deal with his defenses, and then actually manage to attack successfully? I mean, with that it would at least make it look like Kratos stands a chance, but with arguments as they are now, I'm actually MORE convinced that Kratos would get his butt kicked.

That's because to even pass off the idea of an effiminate pixie child beating the God of War as moderately plausable, you'd have to put a whole lot of thought into it and make up a load of bullshit.

There's no need to do that with Kratos, because it's just common sense that he would win. It's like saying the sky is blue. There's no reason to explain why.

"Kratos is a god", "Kratos killed Zeus".... "Bu-bu-but Link has fairies!"

 I am calm. But you have to admit a hook shot would be a bad option for link. Lratos would counter that so easily by just wraping his arm arouynd it and pulling link to him and even though I dont even think link would put up a good fight his best chance is distance in this fight. Once link gets close its lights out in a blink of an eye.

Amen swyggi. dumb wii boys are living in fantasy land. kratos went to hell twice and survived. Also he defeated two gods when he wasn't a God. you don't get more bad ass than that. who has link beaten? Ganon. thats it. the same freaking monster over and over. Kratos has power of the Gods. Summon the underworld army, stop time, turn people to stone, use electricity shocks. you name it, he beats them. he can do whatever the fuck he wants.

What Gods?  Who has Link beaten that was a God?  Ganondorf is not a God by any means.  Also, it's easy to go into detail about Links weapons because you can use them in several different ways in Loz.  That doesn't tell us how it would effect Kratos though.  How can you?  This goes back to gameplay, in which we hit a road block again because you can't determine how things would happen.  You can't prove that Link would be able to even bring Kratos close to him with a hookshot. Kratos doesn't follow the rules of the Loz games because he's not a part of them.

You're convinced because you're only reading what you want to read.

 

 

Majora is a god(demon), the Giants area also semi gods comparable to the Gods in GoW. Also while Ganon isn't a god himself he does have the triforce of power, which is the essence of a god.

 I'll admit that Kratos is much stronger than Link.  The Gauntlet argument could be used, but again we've never seen Link use them other than for picking up heavy objects, not things like overpowering an enemy as far as I know.  Even then, it's still too blury to know how Link would use them.

 demons =/= gods. Giants =/= Gods. Ganon =/= Gods.
