My vote goes to Kratos, not because Link is weak, but Kratos is just too overpowered.

"Poseidon's wrath" Kratos becomes invulnerable while his body is covered with lightning which spreads across the whole screen electrocuting anyone and everyone. If Link does survive, his muscles would still be recovering from the contractions, that's the time Kratos uses Medusa's head to turn him into stone and crush him.

You missed one of the points.  Kratos is rash, that's why he killed Athena.  Do you honestly think a character that's this rash can destroy the Hero of Time?

The funny thing is people need to say "Well what link" and why hasn't anyone said "Well, what Kratos?" Before God of War he was a Spartan, During God of War he was a Gods Slave who broke away and killed an immortal. After he was immortal.

Also people listing off items... correct me if I'm wrong but you are only allowed to have 3 usuable ones at a time. He doesn't have a magic void that he pulls items out of nowhere from/
