Link(With all of his items, masks, powerups)>Kratos>Link(Without the previously mentioned things).

Edit: Also Kratos being a god doesn't really mean too much considering that Gods in GoW are dumb-downed on purpose, and Link killed many semi gods(Giants, Majora), and also has powers from the Goddesses who actually seem to fit the scale of a god or Goddess unlike the ones in god of war.
