Forums - Nintendo - I'm going full Nintendo and it feels great.

I truly agree with you though...Nintendo does have that certain charm..

any other console misses that charm...not to say they don't have some good games..
the console itself.(as well as how it's marketed and most of the games) tend to get boring

You see...I do love my KH and DMC...but the PS itself..not so much..I have issues with the annoying thumbsticks that the DualShock controllers have....

as for the 360..I love Jrpgs and I truly enjoy the DOA series (fighting..not volleyball...well...shhh!)

but still...MS pisses me off alot >_

Nice signature.

I finally read the whole thing you are exactly like me except that I used to own a ps1 and ps2 and love them :D

I was Sony exclusive and have now finally went half Nintendo. I mean, the Wii rocks.

But, not to sound trollish, but what the hell did everyone see in the N64 or the Cube for that matter? I mean, the Wii is awesome and has a nice library of games. Also, it's advertising comes across to others. (to let them know how good it is.) The Cube had practically 0 percent advertising. The Ps1, imo, had a better lineup than the n64. I mean, it had Crash, FF7, Gt1 and 2, Re1, and other awesome games. I never felt compelled to played the N64. I may download a game off the virtual console to see why the N64 was so hyped. (and still is.)

The Cube has a great library... had it beter marketing...
The N64 however, has a very narrow library, and I have no incentive to buy it... many others didn't have either.

Going "full Nintendo" isn't a good move, in my opinion. Granted, loving the Wii is alright (and the DS for that matter), but you shouldn't get too focused on just Nintendo and their wares. I agree that SMG, SSBB, and MP3:Corruption are all important to own on the Wii, but it's pointless if you're not going to pay close attention to the exclusive 3rd party support with games like MadWorld, The Conduit, House of the Dead: Overkill, Deadly Creatures, Monster Lab, Castlevania Judgement, No More Heroes, and so forth.

That said, I'm still happy with all 13 of my video game systems and will be getting an Xbox360 at some point in the near future. Hopefully.

The N64's quality titles were too few and far between.  It was the first time I broke away from Nintendo and purchased a competitor system (also the first time I had money to do so) when I picked up a Playstation for Tekken 3.  In a sense, the PS1 did have an overall better title, but the few winners on the N64 kicked some major ass.

The GameCube on the other hand rocked hard and people ignored it.  Metroid Prime 1 & 2, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil Remake, ETERNAL DARKNESS, Pikmin, Viewtiful Joe (originally meant to be exclusive), Killer7 (same deal as VJ), Super Monkey Ball, Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes, Rogue Squadron II & III, F-Zero GX, Smash Bros Melee, Zelda Collector's Edition, Game Boy Player, etc.  The GameCube also reinvigorated Nintendo's relationship with 3rd party companies and it started getting most of the same multiplatform titles as MS and Sony.  The GameCube suffered only by having some real low points in Mario and Zelda titles.  Mario Sunshine was an unbalanced mess and Wind Waker was made for a 4-year-old--and I'm not talkin' about the graphics, it was the easiest, most shallow Zelda game ever made by a long shot.
