Forums - Nintendo - New Forever Blue screens (Wii) - nice!

Can't wait to see this baby in motion, full resolution. Keep getting flashbacks of swimming in the aquarium in Super Mario 64... :)

Those screens aren't bad. Not bad at all. However If I'm not mistaken, isn't the game a continuation of a series that was on the PS2? and didn't that series traditionally only see the light of day in Japan and recieve poor reviews and sales.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you are right (Everblue or something like that?).

Still - if Nintendo is publishing the title, and can give the developer a hand with feedback/improvements - it could be pretty cool. At least they have the first/original game to work from.

I get flashbacks from Ecco the Dolphin.

The model from the human and the textures look kinda bad, but the 'fish' and the water looks cool... Hope it is like Ecco, I liked that game on the DC :)

I have a feeling the game is going to be very boring.

It looks great! But the concept doesn't seem like it will work out well...or sell well.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

I completely agree, but I'll wait and see how it turns out. It looks like the Wii's version of Afrika lol

Actually Ecco too was kinda boring... I mean, not for everyone... but I liked it :)

This game looks *yawn* dull. I bet you it would do better on the Wii then any other console.

Looks like a scuba diving sim. Hence my lack of interest.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

Well, this would fall into Nintendo's category of "non-traditional" games. Its (likely) not an action title. Slow paced, based around exploration, and possibly basic puzzle solving. I guess the aim is to capture/photo as many species as you can.

Sort of game my partner would like to play I think. If the graphics are nice, and the music soothing - I might enjoy it as well (always nice to have a slower paced game sometimes). A lot will depend on the controls.
