Forums - Nintendo - Are you buying Wii sports resort and Wii music ?

I'll probably buy almost anything with Motion Plus.
Wii Music, I'll wait and see ...
Everyone laughed at the name Wii - wrong
Everyone laughed at the idea of motion control - wrong again
Everyone laughed at the idea of Wii Fit - oh oh wrong once again
If Myamoto thought of it, and Ninty thinks it's important, they've been right far too often for me to dismiss it out of hand.

Guys, I think this is a joke thread :P

To respond to the question asked - I'm not sure about either of the games, I'll take a look at what they're like when more details come out.

To respond to the implied question - the production of these games has no effect upon the release date of either the next Zelda or Mario games. Ninty has already confirmed that the Mario team is working on the next Mario, and the Zelda team working on the next Zelda

well well well. its time to weed out the ultimate casuals then i guess.

i think a lot are going to say yes to Wii sports 2

Wii music, i dont thnik many people will buy it.

i dont think Wii sports 2 is going to sell that well if it dont get bundled

I loved Wii Sports, so definitely yes to Wii Sports Resort. Looks awesome.

Wii Music...no, unless it is really well liked.

Top 3 favorite games: Super Mario Galaxy, The Sims 2 (PC), The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

If they actually add a SKILL mode to Wii Music, maybe.

Resort has a good chance, though. We'll see how much the motion plus sells for on its own.

"I mean, c'mon, Viva Pinata, a game with massive marketing, didn't sell worth a damn to the "sophisticated" 360 audience, despite near-universal praise--is that a sign that 360 owners are a bunch of casual ignoramuses that can't get their heads around a 'gardening' sim? Of course not. So let's please stop trying to micro-analyze one game out of hundreds and using it as the poster child for why good, non-1st party, games can't sell on Wii. (Everyone frequenting this site knows this is nonsense, and yet some of you just can't let it go because it's the only scab you have left to pick at after all your other "Wii will phail1!!1" straw men arguments have been put to the torch.)" - exindguy on Boom Blocks

Yes to both

ill be there on release for WS:resort simply cause of MotionPlus. Wii Music is a slight chance, but most likely not.

Nintendo = Innovation = Wii

I'm getting Wii Sports resort mostly for sword fighting and the new motion sensor.

Wii Music would have to make a complete 180 if I was going to get it.

MaxwellGT2000 - "Does the amount of times you beat it count towards how hardcore you are?"

Wii Friend Code - 5882 9717 7391 0918 (PM me if you add me), PSN - MaxwellGT2000, XBL - BlkKniteCecil, MaxwellGT2000

I love the people on here who are bitching about 'never in a million years buy this stupid casual crap'.
Dude. You own a little plastic toybox called a 'Wii'. Give it up.

Yes, I'm totally getting Wii Sports Resort. That money is already allocated. As for Music, I'd need to see more videos and reviews before I'm sold either way, but there are too many good wii games coming out around then for it to compete for me.

Wii has more 20 million sellers than PS3 has 5 million sellers.
