The plot is kind of bland and it's geared toward FF7 fans (guessing you have played the game).  But the visuals are freakin' amazing and I'm very excited to see this in Blu-ray glory.  From what I've heard, it will have English Audio and Subs.  At least that's what they are saying on AnimeonDVD.com

 

Actually, the only FF I have played is FFX, which I started five days ago, and will finish soon. :P

After that, I plan to play FFXII, and maybe track down FFIX.

That's why they're doing the Compilation of VII, versus doing it for VIII, or IX.

lolz. How would they make a FF VIII or IX compilation though? I mean...what story could they tell about those that are open? =/ Not only that but FF VII is the best selling FF...so of course they'd milk it.

So it's obviously the best then, since it's sold the most.

Sweet, finally a chance to look at FFXIII gameplay. It may be Japan only, but we'll still be able to see the vids from it.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Holy damn. If the AC blu-ray has English subs+blu ray quality+FF 13 demo I don't care how but I'm gonna import. I'd hate to watch FF: AC in English, it's just cooler in Japanese. Also, an FF 13 demo? why not? it's secondary to the movie though.

lol no. FF VIII and IX are way better :P  FF VII is way to overrated. Plus we all know FF VII sold well was because...

1. One of the first cinematic games (though the cinematics really suck. FF VIII was a huge step forward when it came to cinematics. And don't get me started on FF IX.).

2. 100 million+ advertising budet. FF VIII and IX didn't get the same advertising budget.

Please, please tell where you pulled that figure from!

Will probablly take place in the begining of the game. There will def. be an opening cut scene followed by a cut scene inturupt the game play with the demo ending with a cutscene... so basically 30- minutes worth of cutscenes in the demo. Still long for a demo.

"The name of the prince and the heroine in Versus will be revealed at TGS."

Character models they are showing in trailers aren't the real character models.... Hm...

The name of the characters are an announcement for a big event.... Hmmm......

Why would someone need to have different character models than they are showing off and "reveal" names to the characters at TGS...

OMG!!!! GUYS THIS IS REALLY FFVII REMAKE IN DISGUISE!!!!! (lol)
