Doesn't matter that there are most no games like that on the PS3 (or any system).

the only games that interested me from Epic were Gears of War and UT04

the rest is a bunch of crap...and they sound arrogant..wich makes me wanna take back the fact that those games appealed to me..

not because of the gore...but because of gameplay..UT for wackyness and GeoW for the cover based shooting..

not for story...(wich sucks btw) or for badass heroes (too much swearing lowers the coolness)

Oh um okay, I just had to google Epic to figure out what games they make. Maybe they're right I'm a wii owner and I wouldn't buy it... but not because I mind that style mostly because Unreal Tournament seems sameish to me.

having said that I won't buy their stuff on PS3 or 360 either so far as I'm concerned they could put it wherever they like..

BTW, what's their bestselling game? And did it sell because of the graphics, or because of such a great marketing campaign?

And notice that UT3 now has ads on TV for the 360 version, when it had few for the PS3 and PC version, and had disappointing sales?

Epic games are always pushing themselves and the hardware they use to the limit.

they are busy making high res games like gears 2 and even developing the Unreal Engine 4 for the next gen so i totally agree with Epics position here.

I think what Epic is doing is pretty awesome... They're not lying to you!

Instead of promising quality support and putting shovelware (Ubisoft [Okay, sure LordtheNightKnight, why praytell would they "wait" to show off games? We haven't even seen RS2 yet.]) on the system, Epic is telling the truth, that the Wii is not their target demographic.

I don't know about you, but I like to hear the truth. I'd rather someone tell me the truth than blow smoke up my behind. So as long as Epic is continually telling it how it is, they're cool with me. I also like Valve for the same thing. They don't want to develop for the PS3, which is fine. But at least they're forthcoming with why, and we know exactly how they feel about the PS3. So it's not something I agree with Epic because people believe I don't like the Wii, it's cuz I like the truth. Epic and Valve are two companies that get lots of respect from me for telling the truth and why they don't/won't develop for certain platforms. It may be hard to swallow, but it's the truth.

 I just found this funny cuz this is the exact reason mentioned in the article as to why the game won't be on wii.

Claiming Wii owners don't want their games is a lie until they provide evidence otherwise (of games like their games that flop on the Wii; nothing else).

And the only one who lied at Ubisoft was that moderator, who would get fired in some other companies. Ubisoft is giving their support to the Wii, they just had a crappy presentation that day, and that moderator used it so he could do some fanboy gloating.

Epic, without actual empirical proof. Montana, who's been knocking on the Wii, and DJM, who may support the Wii, but sure likes to support illogical statements, even when given proof (has still not acknowledged I changed my mind about Ubisoft weeks before E3, and not just after that).
