Finally got my launch Wii back along with SSBB They replaced the whole system for me and even moved my info to the new one My only gripe, no Defend your Castle free d/l (I d/led it before being sent in for repair)... need to call them on that one so far thumbs up

They said they will call me back about Defend your Castle, they cant even figure out why I cant re-Download it

simmilar thing happened to me, they're gonna have a higher level tech call you back probably. It literally took me about 5 minutes to get the issue resolved.

My wii is on the fragile side now, the fan don't spin and I have to get a third party fan for it to work... I don't want to send it to repairs cause I don't want to pay much because my warranty expired D:

Zero cost for both shipments... Still havent heard back from N about Defend Your Castle, Gonna ship out my second Wii for repair when I wake up in the morning.



pichu_pichu: call Nintendo man, they are really good with customer service, My wifs DS was 1 month out of warrenty, they fixed it for free, and NO shipping charge!


Both of my wii are out of warrenty, but both of those were the same... I dont know if it because Ive been with them since 1985 or just good CS
