With how this generation is going I have no choice but to get both a PS3 and the dreaded 360... I wouldn't even think about getting a 360 if it didn't have all the badass RPG's that it does.
For the record, you can still be a super-hardcore fanboy and not even own the system of the company your a fanboy of. I don't even own a Wii anymore, for instance.
Not that KoW will still be, but I'm just saying. Assuming someone getting a new console will end their fanboyism doesn't hold true everytime.

You know I think Quark and Garak have something to say about these recent defections. I think this video really does sum up the basic situation since the 360 had the unmitigated gall to have a totally reasonable price.

$199 Arcade/$299 Pro will be a very big motivator for people to buy a 360.
I don't plan to play online either, but you (King) and I should get it so we can have a Nintendo Fanboy v. Sony Fanboy competition on XBL.

Call it a hunch...but I'm guessing you are going to mod it.
Well hope this doesn't change your mind but the xboxes made as of may 2008 come with a Lite on DVD drive which is unmoddable as of yet. I'm willing to bet by the time 199 kicks in 95% will be this type of model.

Pretty much sumed it up for me. Had the Wii and took it back. No sense of getting a Wii if it will just sit and collect dust play three games on it.
If you can stand over macho games, try Gears of Wars. Though its not a pretty as Uncharted and the story completely falls apart at the end, it has pretty good level setups and decent A.I. Plus it has a true excuse of why multiple enemies pop up out of nowhere vs Pirates R Us Uncharted logic.
I'm just saying...
