"Verizon Wireless has unseated T-Mobile USA as the U.S. mobile operator with the best customer service, according to a J.D. Power and Associates study released Thursday.

For about five years running, T-Mobile, the smallest of the four big nationwide carriers, has topped the J.D. Power survey for its good customer service and overall customer satisfaction. But it looks like Verizon Wireless has won the top honor in the customer service arena."

Tmobile has nothing now, what is DT going to do now??? hmm. Oh noes? sprint coembak??? If not. Then yay sprint went bankrupt. Cash in on their epic bush class fail!

I've pretty much always been satisfied with Verizon over the last 12 or so years.

I use verizon, they have been pretty good.

My Prediction: Wii will be achieve 48% market share by the end of 2008, and will achieve 50% by the end of june of 09. Prediction Failed.

I never said they were. In terms of subscribers they are in third, behind verizon and ATT. Barley fending of DT's T-mobile. Just FYI Alltel was the fifth biggest, but is now being bought by verizon making verizon the biggest carrier.

Every time I see a JD Power and Assosiates report I have the same thought.


How Kickass would it be to be named JD Power.

Like... that's a real guy you know. James David Power. The third.

OT:

I have Cingular.

I don't have any problem with customer service though.  My bill is never messed up, I don't lose or break phones, so I don't know Customer Service at all.  But if they're as nice as my store representatives are, then I can't see how they'd be in last.

Tmobile is a very small company, and in terms of subscribers they are currently fourth in the US. Just behind sprint though.
