I have Cingular.

I don't have any problem with customer service though.  My bill is never messed up, I don't lose or break phones, so I don't know Customer Service at all.  But if they're as nice as my store representatives are, then I can't see how they'd be in last.

 

Tmobile is a very small company, and in terms of subscribers they are currently fourth in the US. Just behind sprint though.
