VGC is only off about ~11k a week for July for the PS3 compared to NPD not all that much in the scale of things. However, I still believe NPD could be off the mark as much this month if not worse. The real question is the 360 however.

Come on, at least Squilliam is admitting he was wrong (in his own weird little way). You can't blame it on NPD, we all know you're a 360 fan and it hurts but you have to accept it.

Problem with that is I have two PS3s. I know you may want to throw the accusations around, but the reallity of your claim is purely false.

With the July data now in, Sony has confirmed that 1.8 million PS3s have been sold in the U.S. this year, which is close to double the amount sold at this point in '07

Why are people still doubting that there were PS3 shortages? At the very least, there's definitely shortages at this very moment. Go check out any online retail

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
