You can buy a decent PC that can run Mass Effect andd Call of Duty 4 at the same price as a 360 now days. Plus he'd save $20 on the games themselves buying both CoD4 and ME for $50 (or less) rather than $60.
I know he won't but I thought I'd mention it.

Actually....according to amazon
Mass Effect for 360 is now $39.99 brand new. A copy you can sell or trade in if you finish it. Or even find cheaper used. I paid 29.99 for mine.
Mass Effect for PC is 49.99. A copy that is restricted to 3 total installs on a PC and will need calls to EA to activate after those 3 installs are used up.
