Who's actually pissed?

None of the linked articles name names.

It's just one website saying developers are pissed.

Did any of you even read the links?

Sources are irrelavant. Some blog said it, it must be true since it has another blog for source.

I think they kinda did screw LA over - fact is Nintendo needed to give third parties space on the Wii if they want support to gather momentum but they also needed system sellers for this holiday.

There is Lucal Arts making 2 Star Wars games with the light sabre game being Nintendo exclusive and released this year for the holidays - do you tell them and keep them happy or do you keep it quiet and use E3's late August schedule as an excuse why they weren't tipped off ensuring the game is too far down the track to hold back.

If I were Nintendo I woul have been releasing the Wii Motion plus this year and offered LA a chance to have it bundled with Clone Wars for the holidays then release Wii Sports Resort next year with it bundled again to make sure you're attacking 2 demographs with this new hardware.

This is why I would also bundle the Balance Board in with Shaun Whytes Snowboarding as well if it were down to me though.

omg BIG DEAL, LA should use this as an opportunity to make a sequel and promote it as a better exp with motion plus

that why with will sell unleashed and if that is awesome without motion plus, they can easily milk a sequel with the motionplus addon in 2009.

You know, back in the PS days we used to get Dual Shock editions of many games after Sony released the Dual Shock. Why can't the same trend apply here?

Because it's Kotaku, and they can't allow for a "Maybe Nintendo doesn't suck ass" angle.  Someone would lose their job.

I lol'd, now we're even.  It's so funny 'cause it's true.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

LOL If I were Lucasarts I would kill them. They make one of the biggest third-party games for the Wii which bases its Wii appeal on realistic lightsaber fights and Nintendo doesn't tell them about WiiMotion? Between Wii Music and this I think Nintendo is loosing its grip on reality a bit. At the moment they crush everything but if they get their heads in the clouds too much the fight might get interesting again.

LucasArts could just do an update for Motion+ in the Clone Wars game.

Kyros, if you include the Lego games, then it would be several of the biggest Wii games.

What if they had told? Do you think the game had been delayed so that they have the time to remake the controls? Besides, as far as i know, they really focused on the controls, since the beginning of developement, in this one.

Ei Kiinasti.

Eikä Japanisti.

Vaan pannaan jalalla koreasti.

Nintendo games sell only on Nintendo system.

I might sound self fish but LucasArts games never interested me so I couldn't care less about them and their games.
