Wow... now those reports have aboslutly no western implications in them( lol ). Grow up, reports like those will never show you the real deal and most of them will allways be anti Russians like most english written "reports". If you trully bealive every single thing that you read on the internet than Im sorry for you...

Anyways it was nice chating with you :P But I have to go and see Rambo kicking some Russian but tonight lol

Yeah...because Communist countries have never controlled any media or news sources -_-

Umm... honey... Russia is a democratic country for more than one and a half decade now ;)

Kasz: Rambo 2/3... the "real" enemy was allways a soviet group lol... they are bloody, and the tipical 80s action-movies :P

And the main reason why I taught that Kosovo should stay with Serbia is the same one that I want Osetia ( and with Gods help Georgia :P... Im just messing around on this one ) to be connected to Russia: Europe is falling apart and all the US wants is this to happen as fast as possible. With this rate we will have in a couple of years at least half a dozen more countries and thats not a solution I would like...

Err... Russia ain't so democratic lately... with heavy corruption in the electoral system.

Which is the worst form of corruption in my opinion.

Check out the nuetral internation observers opinions on them lately.

Russia is a democracy in the same way Cuba is a democracy. (Hey Castro got 100% of the vote last election.)

My god... how many countryes dont have any corruptions in their votes? Common you obviously never been in Russia in your life so untill you wont go and see with your own eyes of course that you will rather bealive a Texan peasents report that Russia is a communist state. Did you even read any Russian magazines, because if you do then you would know that political parodies like those where deffinatly not allowed in the Soviet Union...

Your last post is entirely subjective and I bet that the only "reports" you could bring for it are made by a NATO state, and lets be honest I dont think that that is correct.

They aren't Communist. They're currently under a state of despotism more then anything else.

You don't think it's correct because you buy into your own bias.

Plenty of countries have little to no corruption in their elections and voting.

If their is mass corruption in the voting process you don't have a democracy.

I'm not saying things are as bad as they were under the USSR but they are worse then they were before Putin got into power... worse then georgia for sure.

You can no longer call Russia a democracy when rightfully elected officials are barred from serving their terms.

Putin was Russias best leader since the fall of the USSR and the only one that dared making real moves. Again your mass-corruption in the Russian election is just another report that where made by the countryes enemies. Oh and also I cant bealive that you say that Russian elections where a fraud and Georgias where democratic because thats just so far from the truth.

Oh and for your knowledge Putin is loved in Russia. I have plenty of Russian friends, I visit that country oh so often, and I have to say not one ever complained about not liking Putin as a leader ( because lets be honest even now hes the real leader ). So I dont know why is it so hard to bealive that the majority of Russia might actually lik the ones whom are in the front of their state?

Countries enemies? Like the leader of the opposition party?  Or UN International observers?

Was their no corruption in the Zimbabwe elections as well?

Mugabe has a lot of support as well. Not a majority... but enough to think he's well liked when shit can happen to you if you go to far the other way.

You're so out of touch it's scary.

All this is is the beginning of Russia trying to retake all of its former (USSR) satellites, one by one. Georgia will be the first...

They've done this before. After the communist revolution they did the same thing.

@hunter

as an addition to my list you are ignoring above

Russian sink Georgian ships at port.

http://english.aljazeera.net/news/europe/2008/08/2008813153517926662.html

Seriously, wtf. Why would ships at port need to be sunk. Russia has long past the defensive realm and is clearly in the complete take over realm.

Yes and no. Do you relaly bealive that Russia if wanted couldent take over Georgia in matter of days or maybe even hours? Common this is just a game and Im still not shore what is Russias real plans are but one thing is certain, they got the attention they wanted. Unfortunatly I dont think that Russia will take over Georgia because this could be as I mentioned juts a simple economical game...

Yeah... a game where people are killed. Real nice "game".

What Russia wants is to split up georgia more.  They want ossetia then they
want georgia to be two countries so it gets smaller and weaker.

Basically they want what you don't.

Lets dont point fingers about which world leading power is the worst because what the USA did in Afghnistan and Iraq ( their litle oil hunt ) was far bloodier than this.

And why wouldent I want that? Because if this will happen sooner or later Russia could make similar moves with Georgia to.. I wouldent mind if Russia would try to make a forced unification, because the bigger trhe better IMO. And TBH I dont think that anyone would dare to say no. Russia is still a huge military power and arguably the biggest economical one ;) Especialy for the long-run.

*raises hand*

What does Iraq have to do with this argument?

And next it will be world domination? Common dont tell me that those old "Red Army" fears still exist because thats just stupid.

Kasz: Zimbabwe is still years behind most countryes in the world... Hell 2/3 of Africa for example is.

And saying out of touch... me? Well no my friend the only difference is that I had the chance to see Russia with my own eyes and I dont have to rely on lame CBS reports like most of you. But bealive what you want, I wont try to convince you anymore because I see its pointless and its getting late here. Im just sad that most people after this incident will still live by thinking that Russia is evil...

We don't think Russia is evil. We think what they're doing is wrong.

Your statements indicating that it's okay for Russia to try to take over Georgia against Georgian will is enough for me to know that your belief system is completely skewed. No matter how you slice it, forced expansionism and conquest is wrong, even more wrong when the people you're conquering hate your fucking guts after 80 years of ruthless domination at your hands.

What does Iraq has to do with this? Kasz pointed me out how bloody and violent Russias methods are and I showed him that the allmighty USA is no different.

And no I dont have any issues with forced unification if in the historic long-run we would mostly benefit from it, and TNH IMO the only thing that could clear this Osetian-Georgian issues is if it would be united with Russia. A real power, a real solution ( OK, that last one might sound a little crazy I know :P ).

Zimbabwe was years ahead. Mugabe and his greed sent them way behind... Zimbabwe used to be one of Africa's most successful countries, known as the breadbasket of Africa.  Mugabe's greed and corruption turned them into what they are now.  This is why when people turn their democracies into despotism it shouldn't be stood for.

You can't even recognize that when you need to corrupt the voting to get your way that means the majority of the people don't support you.

Who is "we"? Are you Georgian?

And most importantly, shouldn't the Georgians have a say in this?
