I never had a Madden game in my whole life. "should i buy this one?" has been the question on my mind. I watch football and know some of the positions and i played madden before. However it has been a while. I really want to play this game. So as a sort of newcomer to this game, should i get Madden?

I really want to learn how to play these games. I feel like a loser not knowing how to really play madden.

the last one that i got was '06. they just seem too arcade for me and dont play real enough.

since you havent got one in the past, i guess you should get one because it'll be a whole new experience to you, but if you would have said that you bought last years addition than i would say pass because you'd be paying for a roster update.

I say yes. Try renting it for a while first, I buy it blindly each year for the love of the online game, but I suggest someone like you, who is unsure about it, to rent it and skip the demo even, because it is lacking.

This is actually a pretty good time to jump in this years is much more first timer friendly then past years
all in all i think the game is a good starting point to build and that next years will be really good
