Damn! Look at Mrstick laying down the law! I like it!

What are you looking at, nerd?

mrstick I do not see why the harshness is necessary. Maybe I missed something but it did not seem fanboyish.

Anything DTG posts deserves harshness in response. So in other words

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.

It was the usual derogatory remark that MS pays for everything that was out of line and hoping it fails. I think mrstickball was kind to event warrant him a decent reply of the actual truth.

I've been reading a lot about Braid today and the game has captured my attention with what is said to be an intellectually stimulating storyline. I also read several of the creators philosophical essays which are clearly very thoughtful. Though I hear the game doesn't feature much in the way of a conventional narrative, which I find frustrating and offensive I am regardless very interested in giving this a try, if for nothing else to show my support for experimental indie developers.

The problem? I no longer own an Xbox and Microsoft, per usual, hpaid for an exclusivity deal with the developers. I realize that it will be coming to PC sometime this year, but it begs the question, WHEN? First 3 day sales for Braid have been mildly successfull on Arcade, though I am not aware of the games budget to make any justifiable claims of success or failure. Nevertheless I feel a creeping sensation wishing for it's failure just to be able to play it on PC sooner rather than later -but of course I wish it's creators success dspite my frustration.

I've read people saying on forums that the game costs 20 bucks on Arcade, which while isn't outragiously high is substantially more than other Arcade titles. Is this true?

For those of you who have dl-d it and played with it, how do you find it so far? Does it live up to the critical acclaim?

It's a great game. Other than that, I findyour post a little offensive. You secretly hope for its failure. That reminds me of Crazzy too much for me to not be offended by it.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Wow, mrstickball, I am glad you are swinging that mod's stick. Yes it's really getting old people (mostly PS3 owners) about Microsoft paying for exclusive. And so what if they do? It is because they want their platform to succeed.

Sony paid a lot of money this gen however they did it to support their own Blu-ray format. PS3 are loosing games and exclusive so Sony can monopolized media format yet all fanboys seems to think this is a good thing. You now have a company that own media formats, majority of the delivery system (most Blu-ray machine sold are PS3) and the studios that movies are made but somehow that's a good thing for consumer. Yet Microsoft is always the only evil corporate monger.

It's not like I chose a heated response without backing up anything.

Every point he made was false - the MS moneyhatting, the price, the sales, all while hoping for it's demise so it comes to PC.

There's a point that it gets tiring when people remove themselves from being gamers first, and begin to only be fanboys with unsubstantiated claims. That's what drew my response.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

JB says in his interview he doesnt even have a PS3 (around 35:30). *add ban-able superlatives here* lol

No, no, no. His post was philosophically offensive. His post also didn't intellectually stimulate me, thus wasn't worth responding to very seriously.

LMAO, well played!
