Well, a new weapon or better stats would only make a game you've already beaten even easier. I would much rather show off to random geeky people over the Internet that I managed to do pointless things in a game.
Or better yet, rub my friends' faces in it. You hear me, deadt0m!?

Ha like these types of games or rpgs are ever hard anyway. You can always beat the game at like level 40 or maybe 50 at worst. Yet I still level up my guys my second time through to like 80's or maybe even try to get to 100 and then go for best weapons ect.
but i guess if you prefer to complete things like tatoo every part of your body, or kill all tempest people (assissins creed) for the achievement and lip off to your buddies. (personally none of mine could care less) then thats what you like to do.
I personally would prefer to do little side quest of searching the world for things, or talking to people, and then find out more info on side characters or fight optional boss and get secret weapon ect. Even when the weapon isn't the best.
