There are five different pre-order bonuses, each exclusive to a different retailer:

The only thing I know so far is that the Kratos Sackboy will be given out at GameStop. I really want to find out who's giving out the sacks, though. :(

The preorder Kratos and Nariko are DLC for use in the game.

Actual physical Sackboy dolls are coming too though, so don't worry. =)
