Nintendo games sell only on Nintendo system.
They have over 7800 stores in the US alone and another 2975 outside the US. 2-3k a week doesn't seem that impressive.

Last-time I checked the video game section at Blockbuster is a lot bigger than the Blu-Ray section.

Maybe at yours, but not at mine.
Last-time I checked the PS3 Kiosk in Block Buster is showing only Blu-Ray movies, not games.

Note the displays are only in 3000 stores now, to be in all stores by September. Can't hurt.
They should sell the damn TVs.
what about 360? No word how many 360s they sell?
I know they are selling Wii's now as well.
blockbusters scrambaling to sell shit there sales had to have dropped after ON demand netflix and all of the other download able sites
Nobody's brought up the fact that if this is true and holds out, this means blockbuster sales account for ~5% of all PStriples sold in the united states. I'm not saying they're gonna be solely Blu-Ray boxes, but how many 'hardcore' gamers do you know that would buy a console from Blockbuster? And no, they aren't sold out anywhere.
Wii has more 20 million sellers than PS3 has 5 million sellers.

It might be less than 1 per store. There are 3000 stores with the special display, but more stores than that may be selling them.
