This is a worldwide thing from what I understand.

Jack Tretton says a lot of things SSJ12. Most of the things that come out of his mouth aren't worth repeating or valuing. He was the same guy that claimed that there was PS3 shortage last year and that he'd give you $1200 if you could find one on the shelves. PS3's were every where at the time. He isn't credible.
