Mouth since my nose is block most of the time and even after an operation I still prefer to use my mouth.
I breath through one nostril at any time, it alternates because of my horrendous allergies. Sometimes I'm forced to breath through my mouth if it gets bad. I tried all the prescribed allergy meds and none work for me.

Its much healthier to breath through your nose because your nose hairs will help to clean the air before it goes to your lungs. If you breath through your mouth it won't be as clean since there is no hairs.

Well, until recently I mostly would breath through my mouth, because of my constant congestion problems. But since I found out dairy can cause congestion problems, and have cut it out of my diet, I can now breath through my nose again. It's an amazing feeling. So this is how most people breath. It's just amazing.
