Isn't MGS4 the most expensive game ever created ? (or at least 2nd place after GTA4 which had like 50 mil $ invested in publicity alone).
That means Konami is pretty powerfull, producing such a monster of a game. Then again, maybe they used other criteria for their ranking.

I'd throw in Capcom just because they released two great new IP's Dead Rising and Lost Planet for 360 while Ps3 was not yet released. Now it is they are unbiased and go where the money is MULTIPLAT SF4 DMC4 RE5.
