Hi,

I'm getting a DS lite soon and have a few questions.

- What is the best colour? (by best I mean good looking but also no fingerprints and not prone to looking dirty [aka not black or white])

- Out of Silver and Red coloured DS's which is better?

- Any sign of another DS redesign soon? if so I'd wait for the new version.

- The top 5 RPGs on the console? I'm interested in a lot of the RPGs on the console, could you list the top 5 RPGs that aren't remakes.

- What is the DS-Wii Connectivity like? I don't use the Wii much, but some connectivity might get it more use

Red can take a beating and look okay. Really though, just pick a color you like and go with it. You can always clean the case if it has fingerprints on the outside, but you can't as easily change its color if you decide you don't like it as much later.

Color doesn't matter for what's inside.

As for color I think the Crimson Red is the best.(That is the color of my ds lite)
I don't think there will be a redesign anytime this year or the first half of next.

You could download demos of ds games using the wii, and some games are going to have connectivity. There are a few that already do, but not many.

Color doesnt matter, what matters is does a DS/Ds lite fit better in your hands.

I recommend a Lite with the nerf case on it (sucks for Guitar Hero though, you have to take the nerf case of)

I dont think there will be a DS redesign anytime soon, but then again, I was wrong back when Lite was released

As for RPG's. There are plenty, but I like the remakes more than the orinigals...

I have to say though, no matter what style of gamer you are, a DS will go a very long way, be it a 10 minute bus ride or a 4 hour flight, not to mention games for everyone

you dont like wii?

Not a lot of games that interest me, I enjoyed Zelda, Metroid and Mario Kart though. I play a lot on my 360 instead, as im into JRPGs, Online games and Shooters.

DS demos are great, it will allow you to see if you like the title or not!

Ive already bought CrossworDS and Ninja Gaiden just because I played the demos first....

Red looks good but I would get a cover for the DS regardless

Agreed.  Downloading DS demos from the Wii is an awesome and works very well.
