So how many weeks is everyone gonna allow for supply issues for PS3. Because before supply issues were talked about PS3 was doing around 50,000 units weekly in America. It is possible you know that 41,000 is a figure with no supply issues. That would make it 9,000 down on average.

Yes I do believe 360 is gonna stay around that figure. Both Too Human and Tales of Vesperia are in 2 weeks and they will boost the console a bit. Also when the permanant price drop kicks in for M$ I personally think the 360 can do 120- 130,000 a week.

The Xbox360 is getting its major price cut in about 4 weeks so I would say that Selnor would be right about the sales in the U.S for the Xbox360.

Even if it is true, it's the Arcade SKU, and it's not likely going to shoot up to 120,000-130,000 like Selnor claims it will. Maybe 70-80k a week.

so why is it so much harder producing 80GB models that there is supply issues? I mean is it more demanding and time consuming to produce them than the 40GB?

I dont care if there is supply constraints. sales are low for both wii and ps3. so someone somewhere failed and hence the 360 is gaining ground.

After all, important are the final total sales numbers.
