I'm checking numbers on both Vgchartz and Wikipedia, and neither show a Brothers in Arms game that has ever sold over a million. It's a possible million seller, with a slim chance of becoming one, but the series seems pretty small. It's definitely not a lock.
As for Mercenaries 2, the situation is similar. According to Vgchartz, the first one sold .62 million on the PS2 in America. Given PAL numbers, it might have sold over a million. However, the game launched when the PS2 userbase was about 70 million, as opposed to the 20 million or so userbase the 360 will have when Mercenaries 2 launches. Not that it won't sell well, but it's not a lock.
The first Viva Pinata was bundled to a million, and it likely never would have reached a million anyways. So by that regard, it's tough to say. However, I definitely wouldn't proclaim it a lock.
Also, Huxley doesn't seem to have a fixed release date. So far, what I've gathered on its release date is "To Be Announced" or "Late 2008." It's not entirely impossible that it could see a delay.
Otherwise, I'd say your list is good. NBA 2K9 might also end up being a million seller if you haven't added that already.
