How come it wont let me click on skate?

Probably because the Game got deleted from the database, and is under a corrected name.

But, since you didn't provide any information on where you are clicking this link, I can't really tell you. Is this on the sales info pages, the game database, or your own games list?

scroll down and try to click skate. This happens when the game got deleted from the database or renamed by ioi.

If you look at the game in the database, the totals are not calculated for that game.
