Forums - Nintendo - Value Games: Wii Edition

What are some of your recommendations for Wii games under $30?

Please give details.

Please none of the blatantly obvious ones like No More Heroes, Okami, Zack and Wiki, or RE4.

I'll start:

The Godfather

Open world game has it's flaw but the basic gameplay is fun.  Lot's of things to do.  If this is your type of thing you can really get a lot of hours of gameplay for the $20-30 you will spend on it.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

zack and wiki and bloom box.

Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection.

The only pinball simulator I've ever played that lets me do a bang-back. Good motion controls. Realistic replications of classic pinball tables. The ball will occaisionally glitch and go somewhere it shouldn't, but it's rare enough that it hasn't really dampened my enjoyment of the game.

I'll second Pinball Hall Of Fame; the Williams Collection, best pinball sim I've ever played.

Also
Moh:h2 great online multiplayer FPS, best shooter controls on the Wii.

Geometry Wars:Galaxies

Kororinpa:Marble Madness - an amazing "roll the ball" game that is far superior to the Super Monkey Ball games. A great showcase of how much fun one can have with a Wii Remote. (Mercury Meltdown Revolution runs a close second in this category).

PES2008: The evolution of footie games, this title is
A landmark in sports games controls. Still $40 some places, but you can find it for $30 new and less used.

BAM! There it is!

Wii Code 3456 7941 4060 2924
COD MW Reflex 541192229709

-Mercury Meltdown Revolution
-SSX Blur
-Crash of the Titans
-Sonic and the Secret Rings

Bully: Scholarship Edition.

The controls are a little rough in patches, but the writing is excellent, the voice acting is solid, and the adventure is fun. I had a hard time putting it down before I finished it.

Would love to get it but can't find it in the UK.
