This will be ported to the 360 anyways. Sooner or later. (from a fanboy 360 perspective)

If they can do this for the 360, Star Ocean, Infinite Undiscovery, why not the same for PS3?

• Halo 3 (although i found it to be decent)

• Heavenly Sword (at least from a Visual/Presentation point of view)

sense a pattern? Yes there are some solid Multi-Platform games out/coming out, but Exclusives seem to dominate in quality

And it will suck by going multi, they can't make one version better then the other. They got to dumb it down to 360 specs thus you get Versus at 75% of what it could be.

Exclusives are better becuase they fully utilize a systems capabilities. Many developers, while making a multiplat game, decide to make the two games as similar as possible, or dont give one much effort.Multiplats are BAD because of this fact!  FFXIII was PROMISED to take on the FULL power of the PS3. Now that it is MultiPlat I know this not to be true, because if it was it would fill a 50gb disc like MGS4 which would not be feasable to be ported onto 7 360 discs in full quality. THAT is why the love of FFXIII has deminished a little. I personally had high hopes for that game but now it seems a bit mediocre(good as COD4 was but not GREAT like MGS4).

I think Versus will stay exclusive

1. Tetsuya Nomura is in charge of the project, and he has stated before he does not particularily like the 360's approach.

2. It also was said to take on full capacity of the PS3. Unless they lied to us TWICE i cant see this happening.

Since they first start off by developing for the PS3 in mind (In Main FF's case) and than afterwards port it to the 360.

How is that in anyway limiting PS3 potential?

For Versus, IF they were to make it multi, would probaly follow a similar path.

As for the exclusivity, that's up to Square Enix.

i say exclusive because of nomura. he likes single platforms, he likes sony, he has an extremely large ambition (which probably could not work unless exclusive either way).
