9. yeah i'm with you there. every ace combat really has this 'elite squad' that kicks your ass all over the place. yellow squadron and yellow 13 really sticks to my memory a lot, which makes me really sad that i don't have a 360 to play ace combat 6... :(
4. i just remembered that i wore the labcoat as camo to fight her coz for some reason, it had the highest camo index... lol.
I love Andross in Star Fox (SNES). He had an awesome entrance and some of the best video game music to accompany him (although he's a tad easy).

Just a couple boss fights I remember that haven't been mentioned yet:
Omega Pirate from Metroid Prime 1. I finished the fight with around 30 energy left.
King Bohan from Heavenly Sword. Hear me out on this. The actual fight wasn't all that great, but boy did the game do a great job of giving it an epic feel. The music was awesome and it was cool seeing a huge army surrounding you while you were fighting him.
Not really a boss fight, but the last mission in Freespace 2. Holy shit, when they tell you to bug out, I was like "Crap crap crap crap." Transferred all my energy to engines, used my afterburners....and didn't make it out

i remember this scene when the big lion thing just drops in and we gotta fight in such a small place around the truck while going down in the cargo elevator. i pull out my customized shotgun and go BLAM facing the camera, and large bullet holes appear on my tv screen. that was epic.

That part was awesome. If I remember right, I just barely made it out. Such a great game.

yeah the king bohan fight kinda sucked, but the king bohan character was well thought out. he was like a steve buschemi type character.. frustratingly funny :P
