They don't charge shipping on the 3 year RROD warranty... don't bring it to the store, contact customer support.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

I think it was explained before, but actually the worst thing you could do is turn it on and off. The issue is that it heats up, and then as it cools the Mother Board around the GPU and CPU becomes warped. Slowly over time it warps to the point cracking the connections between the MoBo and the GPU and I think to an extent the CPU.

(REMOVE THE HDD BEFORE DOING THIS)If you wrap it in a towel, and turn it on for 30 minutes, then turn it off and take the towel off and I think let it cool down for a bit, it will turn back on no problems for about a week, then it will RROD again, but you can repeat this process as long as it takes for the next box in the mail.

I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.
