The Wii will outsell PS360 in hardware for the forseeable future. New games don't drive the market they are selling to... Brand name and knowledge of existing games are driving their sales. Plus, everyone who buys a Wii seems to be a sales consultant for Nintendo.

Don't understand this thread. There are many good games announced from third party for the seconad half of 2008. think about de blob, dead rising, sam&max, quantum of solace, mushroom men, world at war, little kings story and many more.

On Topic, no way they will reverse the thread this year.

wii doesn't have a ton to appeal to the hardcore gamer for the rest of this year. the hardcore gamers have never been attracted to the wii. status quo confirmed.

are likely to sell much better than the Sony games (Little Big Planet, Resistance 2). On xbox360, there's only GoW2 that can sell better. Having a few Nintendo fans disappointed by the offering won't reverse the current trend.

The "no games for the Wii" part is questionable in and of itself, but even if we brush past that there's still the fact that non-forum goers (i.e. the bulk of the people who purchase games and systems) are being specifically targeted by Nintendo this holiday season, whereas Microsoft is only sorta kinda thinking of them, and Sony is pretending they don't exist.

If anything, Nintendo's lead is probably going to widen by the end of the year, whether forum folk like it or not.

I believe that all systems have games that are going to be a lot of fun....


But now that I think about it, the guy is right....Nintendo doesn't have any games and the PS360 will beat it in sales....



I mean, all you got to do is ignore all of the games the Wii is going to have, say that they don't appeal to you because they just don't have the right amount of violence they need, and wa-la!... The games disappear!! Nice magic trick, huh?

Wii still has AC the will sell alot plus games like kart,brawl and wii fit will keep on selling and don't forget about third party tittles like Fatal Frame 4 and Tales of Symphonia 2.
