hmm i wish they would make this one first from the leaked trailer footage i saw this one looks more badass and darker story than 13 does, which is more up my street, but realistic at how slow square enix move id say late 2010 in japan based on the fact the team will be focusing on 13 development mainly until its finished, although more effort towards versues 13 will happend once 13 is released in japan since it will only take a smaller team to port the game and localaize it
