It's not very courteous to the site that hosts the story and loses the traffic because people copy-paste it everywhere.

Kotaku seems to think it's a redesign, for what it's worth.

I'm not really concerned that they are losign traffic since they can't program their site worth ****, and links to a site from another always increases traffic. People would just get the information via hearsay if not for reposting other site's newsposts.

Oh, and your link to Kotaku does the same thing. Really, I'm starting to think you're both BSing me.

Both links work fine for me, though I didn't read either.

I'd put my money on hardware revision instead of a new handheld. Nintendo is a conservative company and I think they'd try and increase the sales of the DS first before starting the next handheld gen.

New handheld - no.
DS redesign - possible.

The thing is, that DS sell way too well around the world to be replaced and despite DS sales slowing in Japan, it still sells enormous amounts.
I think built-in web browser, internal storage and added networking/multimedia capabilities on a redesign would push the sales in Japan.
