Both have a lot of time left before release and might change a great deal until then. Comparing preview screenshots is pointless IMO.

Graphics analysis I think it would be very close between the two games: Gears of War 2 and Kill Zone 2.

But where it counts most is the game play comparison between these two games. Which game will have the better game play out of these two games?

Squilliam, he's obviously talking about graphics, smart ass. I say Killzone 2, GeOW2 looks alot like GeOW1 to me.

he's asking about graphics and thats killzone by a far margin, as for the game, im gonna go with gears of war 2 for now but who knows what guerrila does with this game.

From those screenshots, gears looks better, the details on gears are incredeble, just look marcus vs the killzone guy and you can see very easy a difference, but in vids of booth games looks almost the same. I stil thinking than gears looks better, but, killzone will be relase 3 or 4 months after gears, so, the graphics could be better at the end.

I'd say Killzone 2, but to be fair, I haven't really been watching many Gears of War 2 videos, aside from the ones on X-play.

I can't believe people are saying Gears. Killzone 2 is far superior in the graphics department. It is pretty obvious from the comparison pictures.

Gears' art direction is horrible. It just doesn't look realistic.

I think Killzone will be the better looking game...
GOW will still be very nice.
