I agree. I hate when people demand to rightfully be paid to having their image used.
Actually, unless they have a picture of him in the game, I would think it is really tough to show that anything he owns in being used.
The NFL and the teams own the uniforms, numbers, logos, etc.
I will say though that usually the old teams used faux numbers for players. I never could figure why the Colts All-Time QB was #20 (not #19 for Johnny Unitas).
