mine is a 2mb/s cable, and it works flawlessly for me

you will have to describe your connection problems, it cant be psn people use it all the time.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

when i change pages some time it just freeze and i can't close the browser or either bring up the xmb, i have to restart the consol manualy. that doesn't happen everytime but it happen enough to piss me off, i didn't pay 500$ for a freezing box.
anyway i was just wandering if that happen only to me or if this is more frequent since the 2.40 update?

oh wait, what kind of router are you using? its been known to have some issues with linksys routers.

the webbrowser has problems with some sites and unfortunately with some of the very popular google ads - it's a known problem

well, web browsers on consoles arent that great as far as ive seen, but that happens on certain pages.
as for da psn problems and online problems, i dont no wat to say, cause it doesnt happen to me.

I have the same problems with the browser on the PS3, there is not enough memory set aside for the internet browser so it screws up all the time. But i find it helps to turn off the information board from the XMB. From the browser delete cookies, delete the cache, and browsing history. Also don't open more then 4windows.

Doesn't sound like your connection speed is the problem. Try restoring default settings and then making your internet connection all over again... if nothing then am sorry....
