Final Fantasy Tactics. I loved this game, but I woke up on my carpet so many times in the middle of a battle..........

Same goes for MGS4. I loved that game, but I had to re-play that ending 3 times before I was able to see the end of it. This is good, isn't it?

Xenosaga put me to sleep repeatedly too. I love cinematics, but god damn!
