Very interesting!

I haven't seen the E3 press conference but I heard from Malstrom that Nintendo announced an offshoot company with the goal of disrupting Nintendo? I wonder if R&D costs could be shifting towards that...

No, he misunderstood What Reggie said.

He ( Reggie ) refering to Nintendo said that want to build a company ( refering to Nintendo ) that can disrupt the Wii.

I think the route they choose is "Sustainable Disruption".
