I don't know about the rest of you but I'm now thinking all this gaming news I'm addicted to reading every morning has now spawned countless false news reports, here is some examples:

Nintendo will show Kid Icarus at E3

Kratos will be in Soul Calibur 4

Smash Bros. will have a WiiWare Channel

Portal is also coming to the psn

Mass Effect is coming to the ps3(which may happen but the story changes every month)

Then the horribly unending rumors:

Shenmue 3 is being made

Metal Gear Solid 4 is coming to the 360

Microsoft to unveil motion control

Nintendo to unveil new DS

That's just some of it, but if you add that in with nonsense repeating stories about  whether or not Too Human will suck even though we haven't played it yet, or graphics comparison videos of games that pretty much look identical, more then half of what we read is crap.

I hear they're making a "Too Many False Rumors!!!" game for the DS; just a rumor for now though.

Ahh, you can create your own rumor, post it to the internet and you get points for how much traffic hits your news post! Of course to use big name franchises like Mario and the likes you have to unlock them with credits you get. You can also score point debunking other people false rumors, by challenging them with factual info. It's starting to sound like a real game!

We should plot to create credible fake rumor, and try to blow it up to the point that the real developers have to debunk it, just to make a point about how easy it is to lie to us all.

On topic:Rumors rumors rumors. I remember right after MS E3 there were so many rumors that Square is bringing another better game then Final Fantasy to PS3 it'd make your head spin. Somebody even said Shenmue III, which isn't even Square...

 What would creating another rumour do? none of the exsisting ones come from the companys and are already just started randomly by fanboys and other people who misinterprate things which are clearly obvious what there ment to mean in the first place. Also dont expect someone coming along to debunk them unless they sound negative towards the company.

ioi should make a Rumor Forum....good idea right?

We should make a "fake" Kingdom Hearts 3 thread just for him when he comes back... let us all punk him.. like that there was a live square enix streaming event which showed the title and eveybody here loved it.. and it was a one time only stream.. xD

That idea is on par with the idea of an iphone forum.  -_-
