How did it make you cry again? I am not getting why there was a comic strip?

Read the strip. Seriously, I bawwed my eyes out.

Nice, albeit sad story!
Hmm, I guess Aeris death in FFVII as well as when my characters die in Fire Emblem :P One game that can make you depressed (angry, sad, crying :D) for real is EVE Online, when you get PKed and lose your ship that you saved money for a month to get :P
Beware, I live!
I am Sinistar!
Beware, coward!
I hunger!
Roaaaaaaaaaar!

I'm welling up, so I'll go with that too.
Can't particularly remember crying during a game, but some Final Fantasy's, X mainly.

I did read it and it was quite sad. Was it based on a true story?

I really don't know if it's true or not. Regardless, I had to give my Mom and Dad each a big hug after I read that comic.
I don't think I've ever cried in a game, but I got emotional in FF4 recently when spoilers- cidsacrificedhimselfandthetwinsturnedtostone--spoilers.
For movies...everytime I watch Titanic, I bawl like a baby at the end.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.
Command & Conquer: Red Alert...
A friend of my threw disc to at me and the disc hit me right in my lefteye... tears everywhere...

Zelda: Twilight Princess made me pretty misty when Colin got himself critically wounded saving Beth. I'm not sure if I've ever wanted to kick a bosses ass so hard as I did then.
And for movies, the part in Serenity where Simon gets shot chokes me up every time.
