So the new 80gb is just like the 40gb but with more gb???

Doesn't look good for us with the 40gb then since this is probably proof that the future games will need a greater install before you can even play it.



If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

How long till someone makes the thread "PS3 60GB model is SOLD OUT on amazon!" or "PS3 20GB model is SOLD OUT on amazon!"?

Why is everyone using amazon as a source for sales outlook? Amazon is a retailer but is not known for Video Game sales. You'll probably get a better forecast if you used Gamestop or some other place known for selling games.

Not that Amazon really says much, but I tried to tell you guys the 40GBs are nearly cleared in channel and Sony has a big problem if they do not get the new 80GBs to the street before their timeframe of Sept/late August.

ROFLOL...I can remember jsut a few months ago...how the news of sold-out 360s were treated...lol...hmmmm...sucks to be sony, that's for sure.

Isn't this the same claim as to why MGS4 sold badly ?. PS3 is doing poor and it is coming up tfor some real stiff comprtition over the next few months with MS rececnt E3 announcements.......

Oh yeah. People will suddenly stop buying PS3's because FFXIII is also coming to 360 in two years. PS3 simply has a better lineup for the holidays.

I have had mine for 6 months.....no game yet for it.

 

But I do have 6 blu-ray movies
