sorry, this fails. Evolution of Dance is actually fun to watch. I mean, sure, I dunno if it deserves nearly 100 million hits, but it deserves it a hell of a lot more than some of the crap I see up there.
Only about 3 videos on that most viewed page actually deserve to be there to any extent.

This is what pisses me off about youtube, they seriously need to filter out the bots and shit so people can actually find videos that PEOPLE want to see. It wasn't bad before google took over, or it was at least tolerable, as you could usually at least count on most viewed being decent and usually at least 2 things per front page section would be worth while.

I haven't found a decent video on youtube by actually looking at most rated or front page or most ANYTHING in roughly a year now. You either have to be looking for something specific, or you have to get a link from someone else who has already found a decent video themselves.

the smartest thing the creators of youtube could do was bail out so that google would be the one to handle the pile of shit that this turned out to be.

Grey Acumen, you took the words right out of my mouth. The Evolution of Dance may not be a great video, but at least it's original and it's sure as hell better than most of the popular videos.

Or Nintendo, do you enjoy the fact that the most viewed video on Youtube is a lame music video from an untalented hack (Avril Lavigne)?
