Games are about fun and to enjoy them but recently it has become more like a war with the fanboys.
Do what I did. Buy all current consoles and be a fanboy to all of them.

Why the hell do we fight about graphics? I mean...of course I want my PS3 to deliver to me the best it can, but not only in graphics, but in gameplay, network, etc. Have we all forgot about playing games because they are just FUN? I mean... My favorite games are Xenogears and Final Fantasy VII. I keep playing them and graphically, now a days, the SUCK, compared to Gears of war or MGS4 in terms of graphics. But they are 1000 times more fun.
Who really cares if the FFXIII version in the playstation 3 is a little bit better than the XBOX360? They are going to have as much fun as me or a PS3 user. At the end, you care about the story, or characters, etc.
Well...so now on im not a Fanboy anymore.. I Quit. I just want to Resistance 2 to be as good as they say. But I also want Gearsd of War 2 to be a piece of art, and tempt me to buy a 360. Who cares if the 360 was released 1 year before the PS3? Does it mean it has to be substancially worse? Is there any problem if the Cell processor makes the PS3 to make 345 times better games than the 360? I mean, that would be a WIN for gamers....overall.

This fight about gfx is not new. It's been this way ever since I can remember. I remember playing 8 bit and people waiting for 16 bit. Gfx play a large part of the industry as it pushes the industry forward. It's a combination of many things that make a great game and yes not just gfx's. Maybe people are hoping for the whole package.

I never buy a game for graphics... I buy it because I think I will enjoy it....
