You can't subtract sold units from the total shipment number and expect the rest to be European shipment numbers. That would mean that there were no PS3's in stores in both Japan and the US.

It looks like 2009 holiday season is going to be REALLY fierce, with alot of hot games, and probably more surprises to come. I can only imagine that each console will be looking to completely breakaway from the pack, and that's a VERY good time and good thing for consumers around the world.
