looks pretty good for Wii

Around the Network

Wow... I can't believe I didn't catch that.

My friends son knows a lot about military weapons down to the class and issue of the weapon, he can tell you if it would jam up in water and what to look out for, he can revisit old quotes from WWI and WWII, he even knew about Naples and the details of the Golden Lions and the devision that started the Marines...

He loves WW games too... who sais video games aren't beneficial.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

Those wii screens don't look bad, but we have seen the game in motion and it does not look better then those images, unlike the 360/PS3 version which looks a lot better. But the textures in that one wii shot look better then some of the textures in the PS3 version of CoD4, which really proves how little power CoD4 used.

Isn't your kill rank around 5000 WW on COD4? For someone who played the game that much, you seem to really despise it lol. The max kill rank I ever attained was 12000 and I stopped playing as much... Anyway, COD5 won't do very well on ps3 guaranteed because of R2 and it won't have legs either because of KZ2!

"WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

Wii version looks better than i thought it would, i still havent decided which version im getting though, its probably gonna be between PS3 and Wii

I peaked at 54th in kills, but right now its around 5700,  but i have not played in a long time.  But i don't despise CoD4, its just not the graphics powerhouse people describe it as.  It has many other things going for it, but not the graphics.

If the controls are right, I will defenitely buy this game.

Also buying links crossbow training then.

This looks good. So does the Bond game. Treyarch looks like they're trying to put out some quality games for the Wii.

ZIf the controls are great, the online is great, and the overall game is relatively new and impressive, then ill get it. If not, well i already have MoHH2.

From a HD version...

Wii version...

If the HD one were only a little bit closer...

Wow, that's actually pretty damn impressive.  I remember seeing this in motion (albiet briefly from E3) and the Wii build actually looks really good.  The lighting isn't up to the level being churned out by High Voltage with The Conduit, but overall, it looks like someone is finally putting some real effort into their Wii games.

I just wish it wasn't fucking World War II again.  Can't we do something else?  Come on, how about a super-gritty, stress-inducing, muddy World War I title emphasizing the mustard gas attacks and nasty trench warfare?  I mean, there's a century of modern wars to pick from and they always settle back on WWII.  For as good as this game looks, I can't help but be cautious because this particular period has been played to death.
